Dry Sugar Mud Scrub
This one is oh so simple and yet oh so effective!
Whilst we've called it a dry scrub, you will want to add a little olive oil to ensure that the sugar 'clumps' rather than just falls through your fingers. How much you use is up to you and will depend on whether you've gone for the more absorbant caster sugar or not. You can't add too much, so just tip in a little at a time until you have the texture you want.
Ingredients
50g granulated or caster sugar (depending on how 'scratchy' you want it to be!)
10g dead sea mud
10g - 20g olive oil
15 drops of essential oil
METHOD
Combine sugar, mud and oil in a suitable container (plastic jug or bowl). Add the essential oils and mix well.
Place in plastic bag or small jar and label. Yes, it's that easy!
Directions – massage onto damp skin then wash/rinse off
Caution – may make bath or shower floor slippery
