Bath Fizz - Lemon Butter Fizz
Ingredients
180g Bicarbonate of Soda
60g Citric Acid (you can change the quantities but keep to the 3:1 ratio)
20g Cocoa Butter
Yellow Liquid Colouring
4g Lemon Essential Oil
For a mould use an ice cube tray or similar
METHOD
1. Melt the cocoa butter either in a bowl over hot water, or in a microwaveable bowl (melt using short bursts of microwave power)
2. Follow the rest of steps 1 - 2 for Bath Fizz (above), but do not place any rose petals in the moulds. Add the melted cocoa butter to the mixture and mix well.
3. Add the Lemon essential oil and mix thoroughly until the essential oil is absorbed.
4. Add yellow liquid colour to the mixture remembering that the mixture will start to fizz so you need to act quickly (see step 4 above)
