Just wanted to thank you so much for sending me 2 replacements bottles. They have arrived safe and sound and so quickly. I think that your customer service is exceptional. Everyone who I have come into contact with at Plush Folly has gone out of their way to be friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer experience as positive as possible. I think other companies could learn a thing or two from you about how to treat customers.
