Sending restricted items 

Many of our fragrance ingredients are considered hazardous during transit and because of this there are restrictions imposed on us depending on how we send these items to you.  Our default option will be to send your items via road transport so that there are no restricitons.  This  includes many areas in Europe but excludes European islands and countries further afield.

UK Mainland

NO RESTRICTIONS.  Your order will be couriered to you.  There are no restrictions regarding the size and total quantity that we can send you.

UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland

NO RESTRICTIONS Your order will be couriered to you.  There are no restrictions regarding the size and total quantity that we can send you.  Depending on your location there may be a surcharge on the cost of the courier.  If this is the case we will contact you before the item is dispatched for the additional fee.

If your order only contains non-restricted items we will send your parcel first class royal mail or courier.

Some locations incur delivery surcharges. These will be invoiced to you separately before dispatch.  In the main, the postcodes that are affected by this include:
AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH30-41, PH49-50 - these will incur a surcharge of £4 plus VAT
HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 - these will incur a surcharge of £6 plus VAT
Isle of Wight PO postcodes will incur a surchage of £6 plus VAT
Northern Ireland BT postcodes will incur a surcharge of £6 plus VAT

EU and Associated Locations (Zone 1, 2 and 3 below)   - Mainland ie. reachable by road transport from UK only.

NO RESTRICTIONS  - Your order will be couriered to you. Customs and duties may be due and these will need to be paid by yourself before local delivery can take place.  

Worldwide and European Islands

If you choose Worldwide & European Islands as your preferred delivery method please NOTE THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:

• The maximum size for restricted products is 30ml.  
• You can order multiples of 30ml providing the total of restricted items does not exceed 300ml.  
• You can include non-restricted items in the same parcel but the total parcel contents cannot exceed 1kg.

If you order larger sizes of restricted items we will substitute for as many 30ml sizes as can be accommodated within the restriction limits and refund you if necessary.

If your restricted items total more than 300ml we reserve the right to send it to you in multiple packages which may incur additional postal charges.
