We endeavour to despatch orders received and paid for before 1pm on the same or next day (Monday - Thursday), but we are not super-efficient all the time. Therefore, unless otherwise notified, we guarantee to despatch all orders within three working days of receiving your order unless it falls during a period when we are closed. If an order is urgent, please choose the 'priority' postage option. Your parcels will be delivered via courier or Royal Mail (first class post) and we reserve the right to use any method we deem necessary.
eLearning courses (without support packs) and downloadable documents will not incur any postage charges.
Our current delivery options are:
Signed For - Orders will be dispatched via Courier or 1st class Royal Mail and will require a signature (or may be left somewhere of your choice at delivery company's discretion).
Priority postage - Queue jump! We will arrange immediate packing and earliest dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday only.
Pick up from PF - Come and collect directly from us. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Royal Mail / Courier Deliveries
You will receive email confirmation when your order is ready for/has been dispatch(ed). All orders will be sent by Courier or first class Royal Mail and are subject to the schedule and terms and conditions of Royal Mail or the courier company. Privided you have given us correct contact details the courier company will let you know when they intend to deliver your parcel and you can lisiase directly with them to reschedule if necessary.
No Answer When Delivery Attempted
If you are out when the parcel is delivered. the delivery company may leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange another attempt or to arrange for you to pick the parcel up.
If you do not receive your order within four days of dispatch (UK only), please let us know and we will investigate. Whilst we take steps to ensure your order is delivered in good time, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed by either Royal Mail or by the courier company.
Provided you gave us correct delivery details, if your parcel is missing / lost we will replace the order subject to the timescale designated by the delivery company for items considered to be lost unless the parcel is recorded as being delivered without receiving a signature.. The parcel missing timescale is specified by the carrier services we use - the longest of all being Royal Mail where a parcel is not considered lost until the 15th day (24th day for parcels to Europe) after it was posted.
If your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we will charge you a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.
All fees are subject to 20% VAT which will be added on unless you are in a VAT exempt location.

A priority shipping option for our UK customers is also available. This will let you queue jump and we will give your order our immediate attention and aim for same day dispatch provided you have ordered it before 1pm on a Monday - Thursday. The additional fee for this option is £3.50 per order.
